Threshold is a voluntary charitable organisation, which provides a range of progressive, specialist mental health services throughout Northern Ireland. These include:

• Residential care based on the principles of the Therapeutic Community
• Semi sheltered flat let accommodation and supported community housing
• A Primary Care Outpatient Psychotherapy Service for children, adolescents and adults
• Training and education
• Outreach services targeted at drug-users
